Senior Product Manager for Customer Returns in emerging markets, responsible for end-to-end ownership of building innovative product solutions to improve the returns experience and provide seamless post-purchase product support. This includes identifying opportunities, defining and designing solutions and their architecture, gaining leadership buy-in, prioritizing resources, partnering with tech teams for delivery, and measuring impact. The role involves expansion into new geographies and collaboration with various stakeholders including Machine Learning, Customer Support, Operations, and Country PMs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development of the consumer-focused product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
  2. Define creative, high quality, multi-year product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
  3. Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
  4. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience and cost
  5. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Knowledge of database systems and SQL
