Senior Product Manager for GEICO's Data Compass team, leading the Data Marketplace. This role focuses on delivering an enterprise-wide data product that enables users to discover, create, provision, and analyze data, incorporating privacy workflows and AI-powered recommendations. The PM will define product vision, roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage with users and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and workflows.
  2. Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  3. Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and capabilities based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  4. Write clear product requirements, providing context about the intended users, problems being solved, hypothesis (about value to be delivered), current versus new process/workflows.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and program management, to ensure seamless product delivery.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex backlogs.
  • Technical and AI literacy.

  • Master’s degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to influence, drive product vision and strategy.
