Senior Product Manager for Salesforce's MuleSoft Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) product, which uses AI for document understanding, extraction, and classification. The role involves defining product roadmaps, partnering with engineering, coordinating across Salesforce teams, and supporting go-to-market efforts. The candidate will leverage AI tools for daily work and champion AI-powered workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the product roadmap, setting a clear vision and prioritizing work that delivers customer and business value.
  2. Partner with engineering to drive execution — translating strategy into well-defined requirements and working through the full development lifecycle.
  3. Coordinate across Salesforce organizations to align on shared service dependencies and deliver a cohesive product experience.
  4. Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support sales motions, customer onboarding, and ongoing customer success operations.
  5. Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, competitive analysis, and requirements writing — and raise the bar for clarity and quality in everything you ship.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience product managing technology products, with a track record of owning roadmaps and driving execution.
  • Strong technical aptitude , comfortable holding your own in discussions with engineers, architects, and data scientists.
  • Experience building AI powered products.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI assistants, AI-powered prototyping) to accelerate day-to-day product management work.
  • Familiarity with intelligent document processing, document AI, OCR, or adjacent enterprise content technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms or workflow automation products.
