What you'd actually do

  1. The Enterprise Agenda: Taking full responsibility for our Enterprise, User Management and Permissions strategy.
  2. The Product Lifecycle: Driving the entire product planning and design process, from initial vision to a high-performing, scalable, and intuitive product.
  3. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Leading the collaboration with Design, Engineering and other teams to define workflows and make the critical tradeoff decisions that shape the final product.
  4. The "Requirement Puzzle": Working directly with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand and map complex needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
  5. The Scale vs. Simplicity Gap: Translating high-level enterprise requirements into a solid product that remains easy to use while performing at massive scale.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years experience as a product manager
  • proven background in SaaS products
  • Experience working in established SaaS companies with significant operations that include Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, and internal tools.
  • technical understanding
  • experience building user management and permissions for enterprise customers
  • Fluent or very proficient in English
