Senior Product Manager for Celonis' Extractor portfolio, focusing on data integration for their Process Intelligence Graph. The role involves owning the end-to-end lifecycle of data gateways, including native SAP, database connectors, and a low-code Extractor Builder with an AI-first approach. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, platform innovation, scaling performance, cross-functional leadership, customer advocacy, and market analysis within the ETL/ELT landscape.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the long-term vision for Celonis Extractors, prioritizing the expansion of our connector library across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and beyond.
  2. Drive the evolution of the Extractor Builder, enabling customers to build custom REST API connectors with an AI-first approach.
  3. Partner with engineering to optimize delta-load logic and real-time streaming capabilities to handle massive enterprise datasets.
  4. Act as a bridge between the local engineering teams and global stakeholders (Product, Sales, and Global Alliances) to ensure local execution aligns with global strategy.
  5. Deep-dive into complex customer environments to solve architectural bottlenecks. Internally, provide mentorship to junior PMs and contribute to the maturing of PM processes within the India hub.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management
  • Proven track record of shipping complex data-centric products
  • Strong understanding of data extraction patterns (CDC, Delta-loads, Batch vs. Streaming)
  • Strong understanding of data extraction protocols (REST, OData, JDBC)
  • Direct experience with enterprise ecosystems, specifically SAP (functional modules and data structures) or major Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Ability to hold your own in architectural discussions with Staff Engineers
  • Analytical Mindset
  • Communication Excellence

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
  • Proven experience in designing AI-driven user journeys, specifically leveraging Agentic Workflows to automate technical complexities
