Senior Product Manager, Field Intelligence

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Tel Aviv, Israel

The Senior Product Manager for Field Intelligence at Salesforce will own the strategy and execution for capturing and utilizing field data, including structured forms, multi-modal inputs, and AI-generated artifacts. This role involves leading a migration program, defining data capture workflows, building multi-modal input experiences, and embedding AI throughout capture processes to improve downstream automation, reporting, and model training.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Field Intelligence roadmap end-to-end — from vision and strategy through quarterly delivery, across structured data capture, multi-modal inputs, customer-contributed content, and generated artifacts
  2. Lead the Flow Migration Program — define the migration path, tooling, and incentives that move the installed base from Flow to Data Capture as the default mobile data primitive
  3. Drive the evolution of forms, fields, validation logic, and repeated sections — the core substrate on which every captured-data workflow runs, regardless of vertical or use case
  4. Build multi-modal input experiences the field actually generates: image, video, signature, barcode, voice memo, and scanned document capture — designed for offline-first, hardware-integrated mobile environments
  5. Define how end customers contribute data into the service workflow — pre-visit photos, intake forms, e-signatures, and follow-up uploads — with elegant, low-friction experiences for non-Salesforce users

Skills

Required

  • Hands-on experience designing or shipping AI-powered features — LLM integrations, predictive UX, or intelligent automation — with strong intuition for where AI creates real versus superficial value
  • Deep understanding of offline-first mobile architectures, native app constraints, and cross-platform (iOS/Android) development tradeoffs
  • Fluency with data modeling, workflow automation, integrations, and the organizational complexity of deploying to large, distributed field workforces
  • Experience driving customers or internal teams through significant platform transitions, with strong change management instincts
  • Comfort going deep with engineering on APIs, data schemas, sync architectures, and mobile SDKs to unblock delivery
  • Proven ability to lead matrixed teams across engineering, design, and partner organizations in a globally distributed environment
