What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the evolution of the Enhanced Attentive Tag (EAT) into a fully self-service product experience — empowering customers and internal teams to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot their tagging setup with ease.
  2. Leverage AI to proactively improve first-party data quality at the point of collection, enabling smarter validation, anomaly detection, and data completeness.
  3. Own the roadmap for Attentive’s web-based first-party data collection (client-side and server-side), defining how brands instrument and bring data into the platform.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • direct exposure to web analytics, event tracking, first-party data collection, or instrumentation platforms
  • Strong understanding of how data is collected from the internet — including client-side tags, server-side events, browser behavior, network requests, and event payload structure
  • Ability to work closely with engineers on technical systems while translating instrumentation complexity into clear customer-facing workflows and business outcomes
  • Experience improving implementation experiences, debugging workflows, or data quality at the point of collection in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • A track record of driving execution in cross-functional environments where Engineering, Support, and GTM teams depend on your product decisions
