Lead product strategy for an enterprise Agent Platform and Agent Registry, focusing on secure discovery, management, and auditing of AI agents, tools, and skills. The role involves building foundational platform components for memory, tool orchestration, and governance frameworks like agent identity, secure gateways, and guardrails to enable enterprises to securely build, deploy, and govern autonomous AI agents at scale.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agent Registry within the enterprise Agent Platform, focusing on enabling seamless discovery, governance, and lifecycle management for autonomous AI agents across the organization.
  2. Build detailed requirements and data models / user guides to drive the agent registration workflows, discoverability features, and compliance guardrails, in collaboration with engineering in Cloud Foundations and Cloud AI teams.
  3. Synthesize user needs and pain points of agent developers and admins to drive product development.
  4. Translate enterprise needs into detailed product specifications and use cases, specifically focusing on agent registry, identity, centralized cataloging, access controls, and auditing features.
  5. Track emerging technologies and trends, particularly in the areas of autonomous AI orchestration, enterprise AI governance, and platform security.
