Senior Product Manager, Genai Content Safety

Google Google · Big Tech · Dublin, Ireland

Senior Product Manager for GenAI Content Safety, focusing on scaling safety systems, improving recall of safety protections, building feedback loops for signal performance, partnering with GDM and T&S teams to mitigate emerging risks, and expanding the usability of signals through tooling improvements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the roadmap to scale how Core addresses harmful content.
  2. Improve the recall of our safety systems by scoping, building, and launching advanced safety protections.
  3. Build robust feedback loops to measure signal performance and understand how well detection systems are achieving safety goals.
  4. Partner with Google Deepmind (GDM) and Trust and Safety (T&S) teams to identify and prioritize emerging risk areas and design and implement end-to-end systems to mitigate those gaps.
  5. Expand the usability and adoption of these signals via tooling improvements, with a deep understanding of current and future operational constraints.

Skills

Required
