  • manage programs that give merchants and issuers the flexibility to capture previously uncarded B2B transactions
  • You're a strategic product leader who builds, not just advises or takes orders.
  • You see commercial payments not as a back-office function but as a trillion-dollar design problem.
  • You're energized by ambiguity, move fast through complexity, and can credibly operate with C-suite bank executives and engineering teams in the same week.

  • Portfolio breadth — You own a scaling product, a growth program, and new strategic bets simultaneously.
  • Economic architecture — You're designing how value moves between banks, merchants, and buyers.
  • Strategy + Execution — You partner with Strategy on new commercial offerings AND ship products into production.
  • Global from Day 1 — Products you build and scale operate across 200+ markets.
  • Visible impact — Dynamic interchange and VCC directly drive Visa's commercial revenue growth.
