What you'd actually do

  1. Lead product growth strategy and execution for Account Management growth initiatives, balancing customer value with monetization impact.
  2. Drive Add-On and Expansion ARR for Individual customers, with a strong focus on Credits-based and AI monetization models.
  3. Design and optimize upgrade, switch, and migration journeys to increase conversion, retention, and long-term customer value.
  4. Build intelligent, agentic experiences that proactively guide customers toward the right plan, add-on, or AI capability based on need and usage.
  5. Identify friction points across the lifecycle and introduce experimentation-driven improvements to unlock incremental growth.
