Senior Product Manager, Mobile Platform

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Mobile Platform team. This role focuses on developing and strategizing the roadmap for a technical platform product that enables internal and external customers with secure mobile applications, offline syncing, and intelligent notifications. The Product Manager will gather customer feedback, market features, and serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries. While the company emphasizes AI and uses AI tools in recruiting, the core function of this specific role is product management for a mobile platform, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Plan and execute the short term (3-6 months) roadmap of a mobile platform product/service day-to-day with developers, tech writing and design.
  2. Strategize the medium to long term priorities of this team (1-3 years) in order to make our customers/partners successful.
  3. Gather feedback from internal/external partners & external customers on how the roadmap can be iterated over time to meet their needs.
  4. Market & evangelize current features & roadmap across multiple mediums (blogs, podcasts, live streams).
  5. Serve as the main point person for feedback, questions, comments regarding your highly technical product to partners, customers, sales people, customer success people and others.

Skills

Required

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to execute important company priorities.
  • Ability to communicate to various stakeholders ranging from tactical technical detail to high level strategy.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations.

Nice to have

  • MBA is a plus.
