Senior Product Manager, Observe by Snowflake

Snowflake Snowflake · Data AI · CA-Menlo Park, United States · Product Management

Senior Product Manager for Observe by Snowflake, an AI-powered observability platform. The role involves defining and executing the product roadmap, leading customer discovery, partnering with engineering and GTM teams, and driving 0-to-1 & 1-to-N initiatives. Requires experience in observability, cloud-native architectures, and familiarity with AI/ML and agentic workflows. The product processes thousands of TB/day of telemetry and aims to redefine how work gets done in the era of the agentic enterprise.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the product roadmap for one or more areas; set strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver against adoption, migration, and cost-efficiency goals
  2. Lead enterprise customer discovery to translate observability pain points into product requirements and drive product adoption
  3. Partner with engineering, GTM, and Snowflake platform teams to execute quarterly plans and align on integration opportunities (Cortex AI, Iceberg, Snowflake Intelligence)
  4. Represent product in high stakes situations to customers, partners, and leadership through crisp PRDs, specs, and strategy presentations
  5. Drive 0-to-1 & 1-to-N Initiatives: Identify emerging patterns and turn them into scalable, GA-ready product offerings.
