Product Manager for Order to Cash (OTC) processes within a defense technology company, focusing on ERP capabilities, business systems, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, and finance teams. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions to optimize OTC processes and enable business growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Empower Order to Cash (Customer Inquiries/Quotes, Pricing, Order Mgmt & Fulfillment, Invoice Mgmt & Payment Processing) processes across the enterprise and enable growth through differentiated products.
  2. Understand E2E business processes and enabling business systems products to set roadmap strategy for continuous improvement and changing customer needs.
  3. Act as an advocate for our OTC stakeholders and leverage customer insights to build out product vision, strategy and roadmap.
  4. Translate your OTC roadmap into actionable plans by crafting comprehensive capability/feature descriptions and user stories that are digestible by business and tech teams.
  5. Influence and negotiate prioritized delivery across various technology product teams to deliver continuous improvement/next gen products to our Order to Cash value stream.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes ERP solutions at manufacturing companies
  • Deep understanding of Order to Cash, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations and Finance/Accounting functions
  • Fact-based analysis and proven methodologies, such as systems thinking, five whys, decision trees
  • High degree of collaboration and influence
  • Cloud-based ERPs and CRMs (Oracle Fusion, SAP S4 Hana, NetSuite, Salesforce)

  • Aerospace & Defense industry preferred
