What you'd actually do

  1. Structure and scale an internal analytics product function that receives high‑volume business requests, focusing initially on intake, prioritization, and workflow governance, and gradually lead the portfolio towards a holistic product vision and roadmap.
  2. Establish and manage an operating model for analytics requests, including intake processes, prioritization frameworks, routing, backlog hygiene, capacity visibility, and minimizing duplicate work.
  3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and SME interviews to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
  4. Lead near‑term efforts in process design, stakeholder alignment, intake standardization, service model design, workflow optimization, and change management.
  5. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for data science, engineering, and business teams.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
  • 3+ years working with Data Science and/or Engineering teams.
  • 3+ years in healthcare payer/provider operations, healthcare analytics, workflow/process improvement, or operational decision support.
  • 3+ years partnering with SMEs to define ambiguous processes.
  • 3+ years of strong stakeholder management experience.
  • 3+ years working with Agile methodologies.
  • 3+ years driving outcomes in complex environments.
  • 2+ years’ experience with utilization management/prior authorization workflows and related metrics.
  • 2+ years developing workflow or decision‑support capabilities using AI/ML.
  • 2+ years working with internal workflow tools or structured analytics support models.
