The Senior Product Manager, Payroll & Time at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for defining and advancing the product strategy for the Payroll & Time domain. What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the domain-level product strategy and roadmap for Payroll & Time, aligned to enterprise HR vision and portfolio priorities.
  2. Translate enterprise needs, payroll requirements, compliance expectations, and employee insights into cohesive end-to-end product experiences, including workflows, business rules, controls, and role-based interactions.
  3. Define and track outcome-based success metrics measuring pay accuracy, case resolution, experience, efficiency, data integrity, and operational performance.
  4. Manage the product lifecycle across Innovate → Grow → Sustain, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, scale, or retire capabilities.
  5. Lead cross-functional product squads, partnering with Product Delivery, Experience Design, Data, Engineering, Payroll Operations, and HR Operations.
