  3. Connect Product: Shape the core product roadmap and developer experience for the Pipedream SDKs and MCP server in close collaboration with engineering
  4. Connect Adoption: Work with Workday product teams and external developers to drive meaningful adoption and usage of Pipedream Connect
  5. AI Agent Tooling: Define how connectors are structured for agentic workflows, including tooling interfaces and the evaluation process to validate them
  6. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with and enable teams throughout Workday to ship connectors within their own products
