Senior Product Manager for Google Pixel, focusing on New Product Introduction (NPI) for AI-first devices. What you'd actually do

  1. Identify emerging product areas, define product concepts, and prototype to drive product-market fit.
  2. Lead discovery, ideation, and prototyping for NPIs across AI-first devices. Leverage new technologies and capabilities as inspiration to solve user problems with novel and delightful product ideas.
  3. Drive key initiatives forward from ideation to concept. Synthesize a variety of user insights through discovery and prototyping to hone in on product-market fit. Identify the key user CUJs, product positioning, and GTM strategies.
  4. Collaborate deeply with Platform, Silicon, Tech Engineering, and Pixel Software to land compelling prototypes that capture the imagination of the organization.

Skills

Required

  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
  • Experience defining foundational technology roadmaps, platform architectures, or flagship consumer electronics

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field
  • Experience driving deep vertical integration and hardware/software co-design across silicon, device architecture, and system software for consumer electronics or embedded systems
  • Entrepreneurial or 0-to-1 product experience
  • Expertise in managing system-level physical constraints and an ability to own highly complex technical tradeoffs
  • Understanding of the physical constraints of mobile computing and the software needed to manage them
  • Highly technical, with the ability to think years ahead of the current hardware cycle, and grow in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
