Senior Product Manager, Revenue Cloud - Configurator

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Revenue Cloud Configurator team. The role involves scaling existing configuration engines for enterprise customers and integrating AI/LLM technologies to transform rules authoring and enable prompt-based guided configuration experiences. The candidate will manage product lifecycles, collaborate with engineering and UX, and engage with customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Join an existing team to execute the long-term vision for Revenue Cloud’s configuration capabilities.
  2. Work across internal Revenue Cloud workstreams, including Catalog, Pricing, and Transaction Management, to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
  3. Partner with consuming industry clouds, such as Insurance, Communications, and Manufacturing, to deliver specialized configuration capabilities for diverse business needs.
  4. Focus on scaling and optimizing the Configurator to meet the performance and complexity requirements of enterprise customers.
  5. Support the development of AI-powered features for rules and constraints authoring, simplifying complex administrative tasks.
