What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Product Strategy: Drive the vision and roadmap for your product domain by balancing customer feedback, competitive analysis, and long-term business strategy to ensure we maintain our industry-leading edge.
  2. Lead Product Discovery: Deeply understand buyer and seller personas. Conduct user research, synthesize quantitative data, and run experimentation loops to validate user needs and flesh out clear, actionable product requirements.
  3. Execute & Deliver: Partner closely as the core product owner alongside dedicated Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to translate user stories into technical requirements and guide features from concept through successful launch.
  4. Define & Track Success Metrics: Establish clear, measurable KPIs for product releases (e.g., adoption rate, retention, feature usage). Continuously monitor metrics post-launch to iterate and optimize the user experience.
  5. Enable Cross-Functional Teams: Act as the subject matter expert for your product domain, collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure internal alignment, clear launch documentation, and external market readiness.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of proven B2B software product management experience, running end-to-end product lifecycle from early-stage discovery and roadmap prioritization to successful go-to-market launches
  • Strong expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML products with a track record of building systems where accuracy, explainability, and user trust are critical
  • Exceptional ability to translate ambiguity into clarity - providing thought leadership and representing the product organization on cross-company initiatives, while driving the development, communication, and execution of product strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making - ability to identify key areas for future investment aligned with achieving company growth and revenue targets
  • Strong emotional intelligence - proven ability to build trust with technical and business stakeholders, navigate difficult conversations, and resolve conflict in cross-functional environments
