What you'd actually do

  1. Drive social impact product strategy across Zillow, identifying high-leverage opportunities where product can make homeownership more accessible.
  2. Own the buyer readiness roadmap, building products that help users understand their affordability gaps, discover assistance programs, and track progress over time.
  3. Design AI-driven guidance experiences that coach users through improving their credit, building savings, and taking the specific steps that move them closer to homeownership.
  4. Collaborate day-to-day with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Marketing, and Legal.
  5. Develop opportunity briefs and strategy documents that build conviction with leadership and secure investment.
