What you'd actually do

  1. Define the product strategy for the business, drive appropriate technology choices, lead the way for continuous innovation, and shape the future of e-commerce.
  2. Play a pivotal role in driving our team's engineering and operational choices and processes as well as driving alignment with partner business, engineering, and science teams across Amazon on high profile projects that create new experiences for shoppers and advertisers.
  3. Be instrumental in initiating greenfield projects and driving their development through all stages from inception to deployment.
  4. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  5. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
