Senior Technical Product Manager for AWS Field Experience (AFX) team, focusing on defining and driving strategy for services that empower field teams. This role will spearhead generative AI initiatives for intelligent automation, insights generation, and scalable customer engagement, creating and operating new services for metric collection, delivery of critical capabilities, and embedding best practices. The role involves engaging with frontier technology, designing new products, working closely with engineering, and influencing broader AWS strategy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage with systems that are at the frontier of technology, pioneering new methods and approaches to delivering software, serving customers, and enabling large, distributed, worldwide sales teams.
  2. Design new products and capabilities that enable business users to operate more effectively, intelligently, and efficiently
  3. Work closely with engineering and other technical product/program managers to define, build, drive and measure mechanisms to enable our field sales teams
  4. Work directly with other product teams and business leaders to identify opportunities to improve AFX products, tools, data, analytics, and reporting offerings
  5. Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scale

Skills

Required

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
