Senior Product Marketing Manager for Microsoft's agentic AI platform (Foundry Tools), focusing on positioning, go-to-market strategy, adoption, and field enablement for developer tools that enable building, deploying, and scaling agent-powered applications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define clear, differentiated positioning for Foundry Tools across the broader Microsoft agent ecosystem (Foundry, Copilot Studio, Agent Framework, and related platforms)
  2. Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams on core capabilities and go-to-market plans
  3. Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for key launches, from strategy to execution across product, communications, and sales
  4. Partner with Product and Business Planning to drive product usage growth
  5. Create scalable field guidance, pitch decks, frequently asked questions, and playbooks that enable sellers and partners

Skills

Required

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 6+ years of experience in business, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 8+ years of experience in business, or equivalent experience
  • Background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, developer platforms, or cloud services
  • Experience with agent frameworks, application programming interfaces, or developer tooling ecosystems
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and influencing product direction
  • Ability to operate independently within scope, with guidance on broader portfolio strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality marketing assets with strong attention to detail
  • Experience communicating effectively with executive audiences
