Product Marketing Manager for Coda, an AI-native product within the Superhuman platform. This role involves owning the product marketing lifecycle, defining positioning and messaging, executing go-to-market strategies, driving adoption, and staying informed on the competitive landscape, particularly in the context of AI-powered productivity software. The role requires deep collaboration with product, design, sales, and customer success teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner deeply with product managers and designers, participating in discovery and roadmap conversations and bringing customer, competitive, and market insight that shapes product priorities and direction.
  2. Develop and own positioning and messaging frameworks that work across self-serve, team, and enterprise audiences, connecting individual product capabilities to the broader Superhuman suite narrative.
  3. Define and execute go-to-market strategy for new features and products across the roadmap, including launch tiering, customer-facing content, enablement materials, and cross-functional coordination.
  4. Drive adoption and retention strategy in partnership with lifecycle and growth teams, using product data and usage signals to identify activation gaps, improve onboarding, and accelerate time-to-value.
  5. Stay sharp on the competitive landscape and apply competitive and market insights to positioning, messaging, and sales-facing assets, while proactively surfacing relevant insights to product and GTM teams.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS or productivity software company
