Senior Product Marketing Manager for Asana's new product, Command by Asana. This role focuses on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, product launches, and enabling sales teams for a product aimed at developers and engineering leaders, with experience in both PLG and SLG motions. The role requires technical depth to communicate effectively with technical personas and involves scaling products from early traction to mass adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with the Integrated Campaigns team to drive measurable business results.
  2. Develop and maintain messaging and positioning that articulates how new applications serve enterprise needs and solve complex problems for technical personas.
  3. Drive high-impact product launches that generate market momentum, ranging from flagship releases to incremental feature updates.
  4. Equip Sales and Success teams to win by creating high-quality enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, and customer stories.
  5. Act as the connective tissue between Product, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure product-market fit and roadmap alignment.

Skills

  • Product marketing experience in B2B tech (SaaS preferred)
