Senior Product Marketing Manager for PayPal's Credit Card Acquisition team. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing business trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in credit card acquisition funnels, segmentation, messaging, and positioning for financial products. Experience in a regulated environment and with AI tools for marketing acceleration is preferred.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with a focus on credit card acquisition.
  • Deep expertise in credit card acquisition funnels, from awareness through conversion.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption for financial products and hitting goals in a test-and-learn environment.
  • Experience with segmentation, messaging, and positioning for financial products to drive conversion across various channels including email, checkout, and landing pages.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, engineering, bank partners, and legal in a highly regulated and matrixed environment.

Nice to have

  • Adobe Analytics and Adobe Journey Optimizer a plus.
  • Fluency with AI tools to accelerate research, content development, competitive analysis, and campaign ideation.
