Senior Product Marketing Manager

This role is for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Windows Consumer Mainstream segment, focusing on Everyday Productivity and Core Essentials. The individual will be responsible for the end-to-end business ownership, setting segment strategy, driving growth through data-driven go-to-market strategies, defining portfolio and demand strategies based on consumer insights and market trends, and leading cross-functional execution with partners to ensure the right products are delivered at the right value and time. The role involves influencing senior stakeholders and driving high-impact execution across the device lifecycle, including current market performance, retail readiness, and future roadmap decisions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Accountable for the Mainstream Consumer segment (Everyday Productivity, Core Essentials) strategy and long-term growth plan
  2. Define annual KPIs across: Position the segment to win vs. competitors by delivering strong price-to-value and clear use-case differentiation
  3. Curate the optimal device assortment for key retailers
  4. Drive OEM alignment on future devices
  5. Translate consumer needs (“why they buy”) into: Sponsor and own insights synthesis across:

Required

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
