Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth

Superhuman Superhuman · Consumer · Hub - San Francisco · Growth

This role is for a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on driving activation and expansion for Superhuman's AI productivity platform, which includes products like Grammarly, Coda, Mail, and an AI assistant. The role emphasizes product-led growth (PLG) strategies to encourage individual users to adopt multiple products and expand to organizational use. It requires collaboration with Growth, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, and Sales teams to define cross-product value and messaging.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive cross-product activation: Define how users experience and adopt multiple products in our ecosystem. Identify friction points and opportunities to drive deeper engagement and remarkably delightful experiences across surfaces.
  2. Drive PLG-led expansion: Co-develop strategies that convert single-seat users into multi-seat accounts with segmented value messaging.
  3. Shape product narratives: Partner with Inbound PMMs to define how products connect in a cohesive, customer-first story. Create messaging that helps users understand the value of using products together.
  4. Enable cross-functional alignment: Equip go-to-market and Product teams with clear narratives, positioning, and insights to support expansion efforts.
  5. Deeply understand users: partner with research and data teams to identify triggers, behaviors, and moments that signal readiness for cross-product adoption and team expansion.
