This role is for a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on the Insurance industry. The core responsibility is to own and scale Cresta's positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for this vertical. This involves translating platform capabilities into industry narratives, establishing thought leadership, developing buyer personas, partnering across teams for GTM execution, launching new product capabilities, and influencing the product roadmap based on market feedback. While the company develops AI products and the role works with AI concepts, the primary function is marketing and GTM strategy, not direct AI/ML model development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. You’ll own the development and continuous refinement of Cresta’s positioning and messaging for the Insurance industry, translating our platform capabilities into clear, differentiated industry narratives that resonate with buyers, operators, and executives
  2. You’ll help establish Cresta as a thought leader in the Insurance industry, shaping the market conversation around the future of AI-powered customer experience through strategic content, industry events, analyst engagement, and customer storytelling
  3. You’ll develop and maintain deep buyer personas, advancing our internal understanding of Insurance-specific pain points, priorities, and decision dynamics to ensure our messaging drives relevance and confidence in deals
  4. You’ll partner closely across product, sales, solutions, and marketing, serving as the connective tissue to build and execute Insurance-specific go-to-market strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth
  5. You’ll bring new product capabilities and innovations to market through an Insurance lens, leading vertical launches and creating the sales enablement and supporting materials needed to drive adoption and impact

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 7 years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience

  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Excellent communication skills
