Senior Product Marketing Manager for Rubrik's SaaS and AI product portfolio, focusing on go-to-market strategies, field enablement, and pipeline initiatives. The role involves developing messaging for AI buyer personas, creating sales enablement assets, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Rubrik's Agent Operations platform and accelerate enterprise AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute end-to-end go-to-market programs across Rubrik's SaaS and AI product portfolio including product launches, field enablement, and pipeline programs.
  2. Drive the narrative shift from traditional backup to Cyber Resilience, ensuring our messaging elevates the conversation from technical features to business continuity and risk mitigation.
  3. Develop specialized messaging for emerging AI buyer personas, to drive adoption of our Agent Operations platform.
  4. Build and maintain sales enablement assets including messaging guides, battle cards, competitive positioning, objection handling frameworks, and sales plays that drive measurable field impact.
  5. Develop crisp, compelling content for multiple buyer personas — from IT directors and security leaders to CISOs — and ensure consistent positioning across every customer touchpoint.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ plus years of enterprise product marketing experience at high-growth technology companies targeting IT, security, or cloud infrastructure organizations.
  • Direct experience marketing one of the following: Security, Google Cloud AI, AI Studio, Workspace, Salesforce Agentforce, M365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI to enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of executing go-to-market motions that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong experience building field enablement programs that sales teams actually use with demonstrated impact on deal velocity and win rates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across sales, product, alliances, and demand generation in a fast-moving high-growth environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, measure impact, and communicate progress clearly.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous rapidly evolving environments where priorities shift and speed of execution matters.

Nice to have

  • Domain experience in enterprise SaaS protection, M365, data security, AI governance, or adjacent categories will give you a significant advantage.
  • Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI is highly desirable.
  • Direct customer-facing experience with enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts either as a presenter or in close partnership with sales and customer success teams.
  • Experience working with alliances and channel partners to support joint go-to-market motions.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth post-IPO environment where organizational velocity and executive visibility are part of the daily reality.
  • Coaching and cross-functional collaboration experience with a track record of driving alignment across teams.
