Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth in priority verticals, focusing on Hospitality. This role involves owning vertical positioning, go-to-market strategy, messaging, sales enablement, and translating market insights into revenue impact. The ideal candidate is data-driven, experienced in B2B SaaS product marketing, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own vertical positioning and go-to-market strategy, translating market insight into differentiated messaging, scalable sales plays, and measurable revenue impact.
  2. Lead vertical-specific messaging, pitch decks, and enablement assets, partnering closely with Sales, Partnerships, Integrated Marketing, CS, and Product to strengthen our right to win.
  3. Bring structured market and field insights into roadmap discussions while operating within an established vertical strategy.
  4. Own and refine ICP, segmentation, and TAM/SAM to guide prioritization and investment.
  5. Develop deep customer and buyer insight across sub-segments and geographies, including pain points, workflows, and buying dynamics.
