Senior Product Marketing Specialist

Product Marketing Specialist for Expedia Group's internal IT and Infosec products. This role focuses on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and collateral for employee-facing technology. While not directly building AI models, the role involves understanding and leveraging AI tools for marketing tasks and marketing products that incorporate AI-driven systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for key product initiatives, partnering closely with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive adoption and business impact.
  2. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to specific customer segments and markets.
  3. Create and manage core product marketing collateral and sales enablement materials, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned to positioning and brand guidelines.
  4. Analyze product performance, customer insights, and competitive trends to inform product marketing strategy, campaign design, and roadmap prioritization.
  5. Collaborate across multiple product and business domains to ensure consistent narratives and to identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and integrated solutions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in product marketing or a closely related marketing function supporting technology products or platforms.
  • Demonstrated success owning go-to-market execution for features or products, including messaging, positioning, and launch activities.
  • Experience collaborating with product management, sales, and other partners to deliver marketing programs aligned to business goals.

Nice to have

  • Experience taking products or major features from concept through launch and driving scaled adoption across multiple customer segments.
  • Experience with using creative tools (like Canva) and video/video editing tools (like Adobe Premiere, Adobe Rush, etc.) for designing compelling advertising assets.
  • Understanding and use of AI tools in day-to-day work such as creating marketing assets, refining audience and distribution, creating agents for reducing repetitive tasks, and measuring engagement success
  • Familiarity with enterprise productivity platforms (such as Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow, or similar), or digital workplace technologies
  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment, managing stakeholders across multiple product domains and regions.
  • Proven ability to use data, market research, and customer insights to shape product narratives, refine value propositions, and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience working with or marketing technology products that incorporate AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.
