Harvey Harvey · AI Frontier · San Francisco, CA · Product

Senior Product Operations Manager at Harvey, an AI company transforming legal and professional services. This role focuses on bridging Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to execute strategy, build operating systems for product teams, and amplify product impact. The role involves synthesizing customer feedback, measuring product success, streamlining decision-making, owning product development processes, and coordinating launches for AI-native products. Requires experience in high-growth tech/SaaS, building processes from scratch, and working with AI products where model quality is key.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems that synthesize feedback from law firm partners, in-house clients, CSMs, and sales into actionable product signals
  2. Establish rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact, including analytics dashboards, KPIs, and clear hypotheses
  3. Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals (planning cycles, monthly reviews, roadmap prioritization, etc.)
  4. Design and run Early Access Programs and alpha testing programs that validate product-market fit and surface refinement signals before broad release
  5. Own launch coordination end-to-end — ensuring timely, high-confidence rollouts with clear success metrics and post-launch monitoring
