This role is for a Senior Product Pricing Analyst at Workday, a company that offers an AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. The analyst will be responsible for shaping the company's monetization strategy, defining and implementing pricing and packaging strategies for new product offerings, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and new pricing strategies. The role requires experience in pricing within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments and strong analytical and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the designated Pricing Lead for 1-2 of Workday’s product lines.
  2. Define and implement pricing and packaging strategies related to new product and service offerings.
  3. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of deal data, customer usage data, customer and sales feedback and translate into solutions or improvement opportunities.
  4. Find opportunities for new pricing, packaging and bundling strategies that will contribute to our strategic goals.
  5. Nurture close relationships with, and gain trust of partners across product, sales, finance and other organizations.

What the JD emphasized
