What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, deeply understanding team needs and shaping hiring strategies
  2. Own full-cycle recruiting across all product functions
  3. Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing and network-driven outreach
  4. Run structured, high-signal interview processes and deliver strong candidate experiences
  5. Bring an operator mindset to improving recruiting workflows, tools, and decision-making

Skills

Required

  • 5–7 years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience
  • Demonstrated success owning and closing roles across various product functions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Experience operating independently and driving searches without heavy oversight
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby) and modern sourcing tools
  • A thoughtful, structured approach to evaluating talent
  • Interest in building processes—not just executing against them
