Senior Product Sourcing Engineer, Connected Warfare

This role focuses on strategic supply network development and cost management for Anduril's product hardware throughout its lifecycle. The Senior Product Sourcing Engineer will collaborate with suppliers, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive supplier selection, accelerate product development, manage manufacturing BOMs, and optimize the supply chain. The role involves cost engineering, risk assessment, component qualification, and complexity reduction.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct supplier selection for a specific product, leveraging our approved supplier list
  2. Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via activities such as:
  3. Drive the development and consolidation of a manufacturing BOM, working with Quality & Manufacturing, to ramp production internally and with our suppliers with high flexibility
  4. Manage the CAPEX throughout NPI
  5. Conduct value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility

Required

  • Mechanical engineering or other technical field degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics and/or mechanical devices
