  3. Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Clinical Sales-Specialty Physicians initiatives.
  4. Contributes to projects, programs, or processes for the Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians area.
  5. Integrates methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Clinical Sales -Specialty Physicians strat-egy.
