This role is a Senior Product Specialist in MedTech Sales for Johnson & Johnson in Guangzhou, China. It involves supporting executive leaders in clinical sales, guiding team members, coordinating product demonstrations and clinical presentations, educating customers on product usage, and providing sales support. The role also includes training junior sales representatives and is eligible for sales commissions. It is not an AI-related role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prioritizes tasks for the sales to hospitals/hospital systems, and advises team on the execution of tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  2. Helps lead the coordination of product demonstrations and clinical presentations for networking events, conferences, and outside symposiums.
  3. Contributes advanced knowledge on product information, best practices and technical troubleshooting in order to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
  4. Educates customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively.
  5. Provides advanced sales or clinical support to promote and sell products.
