We are looking for a creative and independent Senior Product Test Engineer in Hsinchu, Taiwan. What you'll be doing:
- Sustain the test program of mature products and released it into the production line successfully
- Drive the factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic review
- Work with the subcontractors for continuous process improvement
- Collaborate the engineering activities with the functional team and the subcontractor
- Manage the manufacturing, engineering and quality issues on the production line
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action on production issues
- Identify and fix manufacturing problems
- Identify process, material and test program issues
What we need to see:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IC test engineering, product engineering, and test program development
- Solid understanding of mixed-signal IC test theory and semiconductor manufacturing process
- Hands-on experience with wafer sort and final test manufacturing
- Familiarity with ATE hardware/software platforms (Advantest V93K is a plus)
- Experience in test data analysis, yield improvement, and production issue troubleshooting
- Knowledge of burn-in theory and burn-in manufacturing process is a plus
- Experience in production management and subcontractor/OSAT coordination
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin; self-motivated and able to work cross-functionally
