  1. Work on programs that support revenue growth and improve how advertisers engage and succeed at scale
  2. Build and improve lifecycle programs that drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue, using data to guide decisions and iterate over time
  3. Turn team briefs into fully functioning programs in Salesforce, including logic, routing, response handling, and integrations
  4. Take ownership of program delivery end-to-end, ensuring each launch is stable, scalable, and ready for new audiences
  5. Maintain a high bar for quality by testing outputs, applying clear evaluation criteria, and refining programs before launch

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in product operations, growth, go-to-market, strategy and operations, or analytics roles
  • Owned or contributed to measurable business outcomes, such as revenue growth, conversion, or pipeline development
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and have experience prompting, evaluating, and improving LLM-based workflows
  • SQL and BigQuery to track performance, assess data quality, and identify issues early
  • Experience working in Salesforce, including configuring workflows, understanding data models, or building automation
  • Thoughtful, structured approach to quality and are comfortable working with testing, validation, and release processes
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross-functional partners to move work forward
