What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct audit lifecycle process deep dive, and develop & maintain vision, strategy, and milestones
  2. Own and improve operational metrics & conditional logic, including developing accountability mechanisms
  3. Develop knowledge repositories/sources of truth for all operational SOPs, including change management processes and annual calendars
  4. Address bottlenecks, identify inefficiencies, anticipate and make tradeoffs; balance the business and customers’ needs versus constraints

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience in Social Responsibility, particularly auditing
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
