Senior Program Manager - Chip Design

This role is for a Senior Program Manager in Chip Design at NVIDIA, focusing on overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of Chip Design projects. The responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and engineering groups, coordinating stakeholders, promoting data-driven decision-making, and developing project management processes. The role requires a B.Sc. in a relevant engineering field and at least 10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Chip Design. Experience managing programs for high-speed networking ASICs and hands-on experience with AI tools are preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with project managers and engineering groups to align with the company's strategy, targets and tools.
  2. Coordinate between all project stakeholders through all projects’ life cycle – both Pre and Post Silicon, within Chip Design organization, and external groups like BE, Architecture, Software, Firmware, Operations, etc.
  3. Promote the use of managerial, data-driven decision-making, identify and emphasize potential issues and risks in project implementation.
  4. Develop and implement Chip Design methodologies and Project management processes and tools.

Skills

Required

  • At least 10 years of experience in Project Management and planning, preferably in Chip Design projects
