Senior Program Manager for Amazon's FBA capacity and Inventory planning team. This role focuses on leveraging AI/ML, including deep learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, to optimize supply chain forecasting and inbound operations. The role involves collaborating with a science team to build and enhance ML models and forecasting toolsets, impacting global supply chain at scale.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations
  2. Working with Science team to build ML models
  3. Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and deliver on-time
  4. Own program communication; accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, removing barriers, escalating as appropriate
  5. Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
