  2. Optimize returns processing systems and processes, to decrease human decisioning, reduce touches, increase controls, and prevent loss.
  3. Help build a strategic path forward for newer capabilities including returns for alternative inventory models (e.g., Marketplace) and returns positioning.
  4. Support advancement of our returns technology platform to strengthen returns visibility and executional accuracy across the entire network.
  5. Identify opportunities to decrease loss from product exhaust.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance
  • Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics
  • Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation (from a variety of data types and sources)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop project plans and manage project execution
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change
  • Ability to work across a wide breadth of topics, focusing in on the things that matter vs getting overwhelmed by less important details
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
