Senior Program Manager, Sourcing - Operations

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Program Manager for their Sourcing Team within the Mellanox Networking Business Unit. The role focuses on developing and executing component 2nd source strategies for network products, ensuring a robust supply chain and optimal costs. Responsibilities include collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, analyzing the supplier landscape, and leading multi-functional activities. The ideal candidate will have a BSc in a relevant field, 5+ years of program management experience in the semiconductor industry, and strong analytical and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute component 2nd source strategy from NPI to MP stage
  2. Lead all activities to achieve 2nd source goals and target timeline to ensure robust supply chain and optimal cost
  3. Collaborate with component suppliers, CMs and NVIDIA internal teams (R&D, Operations and Finance) to ensure the project’s key deliverables are met
  4. Analyze suppliers landscape including components, CM's spaces to identify a potential alternative solution in the industry.

Skills

Required

  • BSc in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Electrical engineering
  • 5+ years experience in managing multi function activities as Program manager
  • proven track record managing sourcing activities in semiconductors industry
  • Results driven and is able to lead multiple projects to meet projects’ goals.
  • High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail in a collaborative, intensive and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills dealing with suppliers and internal cross functional teams
  • English - Excellent writing and verbal skills
