Senior Program Manager, Talent Development Programs - Missionforce

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Washington, DC

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Mission Readiness Experience (MRE), a talent development program for transitioning military service members within their Missionforce business unit, which focuses on U.S. national security operations. The role involves end-to-end program ownership, from strategy and design to execution and scaling, and operates at the intersection of talent strategy, workforce development, and delivery excellence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, launch, and scale the Mission Readiness Experience (MRE), a cohort-based talent development model including a 12-week readiness journey with prerequisites, curriculum, milestones, and success criteria
  2. Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders — including Salesforce Military and Vetforce, recruiting partners, and Professional Services delivery leaders — while securing and maintaining executive sponsorship
  3. Oversee the full participant lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through training, career placement, and fellow retention, tracking program KPIs such as certification attainment, customer readiness, and job placement rates
  4. Design and lead scalable enablement programs for the broader Missionforce Professional Services delivery organization, partnering with Delivery Leadership, Sales, and the Global Enablement team to align priorities with pipeline demand and close critical skill gaps
