This role is for a Senior Program Validation Engineer who will act as the technical interface between customers and internal validation teams. The responsibilities include defining the validation roadmap, owning system-level release readiness, and driving the decision-making process for release gates, ensuring the 'go/no-go' criteria for releases are met.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end validation strategy, translating customer requirements into cross-domain validation plans spanning Embedded, UX/HMI, and OTA.
  2. Define validation scope, milestones, infrastructure needs, and test coverage goals in partnership with customers, TPMs, and engineering leads.
  3. Lead system-level Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT), including planning, execution, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness.
  4. Assess release health by consolidating validation results, release risks, bug status, and release notes to drive final sign-off.
  5. Drive cross-functional alignment on validation priorities, coverage, and risk, escalating blockers and communicating validation status to engineering leadership and customers.
