This role is for a Senior Programmatic Solutions Consultant at Amazon Ads, focusing on managing the end-to-end experience for enterprise customers using the Amazon DSP. The consultant will drive customer success through expertise in programmatic advertising, provide training, strategic consulting, campaign optimization recommendations, and act as a liaison between customers and internal Amazon teams. The role involves analyzing data, advocating for customers, and ensuring proficient use of the Amazon DSP.

What you'd actually do

  1. Owning the relationship with programmatic trading desk managers, engaging with multiple customer organizational levels to understand business objectives
  2. Providing services such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices
  3. Analyzing and interpreting data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations
  4. Driving the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting customers with product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists)
  5. Defining and improving processes and tools for the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team to better serve customers

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning
  • Experience creating processes and improving tools with measurable impact on advertisers
  • Experience in digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics
  • Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience in a client facing consultative role working with large, complex enterprise customers
  • Experience (technical and operational) with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, bidding engines, second-price vs first-price auctions, pixel and tag managers, cookies, viewability, etc.)
  • Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
  • 2+ years in digital or advertising product go-to-market str
