Senior Project Engineer, Eto Power Distribution Equipment

Crusoe · Data AI · Arvada, CO - US · Manufacturing (MFG)

This role is for a Senior Project Engineer focused on the end-to-end execution of Engineered-to-Order (ETO) power distribution equipment. The role involves owning project scope, schedule, and budget, strategic scheduling, resource planning, procurement, change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder leadership within an industrial/energy context that supports AI workloads. It is not an AI/ML development role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the scope, schedule, and budget for complex ETO (Engineered to Order) projects, ensuring successful delivery of modular buildings and power distribution systems.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed project timelines; oversee and advise on the allocation of engineering and manufacturing resources to ensure alignment with delivery goals.
  3. Partner with Supply Chain to identify long-lead items early; lead strategic sourcing efforts to ensure material availability for custom assemblies.
  4. Independently lead the implementation of complex Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), analyzing and mitigating their impact on project timelines, inventory, and production costs.
  5. Partner daily with the manufacturing team to identify potential bottlenecks or technical hurdles early in the project lifecycle to ensure world-class efficiency and safety.
